Making use of on an array of instruments, field recordings, found sounds and vocal treatments, Andy Stott creates an assemblage of analogue warmth from being lush to dissonant.
This to me is the most eclectic of all of Stott's previous works, with smooth vocal hooks that accentuates most tracks and catchy melodies with subliminal glitches dancing in between everything else.

While not totally abandoning the beat-driven sound that made their debut so great, we find them now much more willing to break out of the traditional song structure. Side B is considerably more akin to their release on Mannequin, retaining the horror meets Knight Rider vibe. Hunting Lodge collaged together industrial percussion patterns, live recordings, early sketches and synthesized noise into nine compositions which also included vocal appearances by Andreas Muller, Francisco Lopez and Masami Akita a.k.a. Merzbow. The final product would serve as a blueprint for later generations of industrial noise music and plant the influential seed for the years later Michigan noise output.

Punk A Go Go quartet from Kuala Lumpur, consists members of 265 Distro, Keladak, Jalan Sehala and many other bands, zine editor and distro/label runner. This is their first time meeting, first time jamming, first time recording and their debut release. Harsh, fuzz, noise, rock n roll, I-IV-V a go go rhythm, lo-fi, screaming and growl alternate vocals with a few raw grind parts.
17 tracks in 30 minutes should be considered as a full length release from them. Fans of Noise A Go Go's, Gore Beyond Necropsy, Repulturid Mangel, Rocking Dildo, Blood Duster, C.S.S.O., Electro Hippies, Firebird and Suzi Quatro should get this shit!
